I have found some interesting recipes, but if students can find something crazier, we will try it!

Sometime midway through our 10 week session, baking teams will collaborate to invent their own cookie recipe. I will shop their chosen ingredients and fine tune the details so that on week 10 each team will bake their own creation.

Some accommodations can be made for special diets and minor food sensitivities. Students will have the opportunity to take home a share of their team’s cookies each week.

Necessary skills: the ability to read and follow a recipe with minimal assistance; safe and appropriate use of kitchen tools; ability to collaborate and share work and clean up with teammates.

Pricing

This class has a monthly program fee of $65 for September, October, and November.
