Class Description

In the "Art of Construction" course, students will explore the fascinating world of construction through a creative lens. This hands-on course is designed to introduce students to the principles of architecture, engineering, and design through a series of engaging projects and activities. 

Through a combination of classroom instruction and practical exercises, students will develop key skills such as creative problem-solving, teamwork, critical thinking and mindful use of resources. They will have the opportunity to design and build their own structures using a variety of materials, including wood, cardboard, and recycled materials.

By the end of the course, students will have a deeper appreciation for the art and science of construction, as well as the creativity and ingenuity required to design and build; bringing their architectural visions to life.

Pricing

Art of Construction has a monthly program fee of $50.

There is a one time material fee of $70 paid directly to Peggy.
